At Giggle Gang we believe that it is important to have the best possible staff to create an atmosphere where the children learn, are loved and feel safe.  In order to ensure that we are meeting this goal we have a stringent application process in place.  All applicants first meet with the Director at the center.  They have a sit down interview where the director will learn about their teaching ethics, job commitment and overall qualifications.  If an applicant shows their abilities they are invited back for a working interview with the director and senior director.  During this interview the applicant goes into the classroom and demonstrates their skills with a predetermined age group.  After the observation they will sit down with the director and senior director and discuss their observation, teaching philosophy and teaching ability.

All staff members undergo a Department of Human Services clearance along with a background check with the Michigan State Police before any employment offers are made.
